- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆For a bank in York, this place has slipped up on customer service this year. I am sad to say this, but its nearly a 2 star rating now. The positive of cornerstone bank still holds to be their rates and up-front honesty. NO hidden charges, but I am removing 2 stars and perhaps if I could rate it 2 1/2 I would. I went in for a business loan and they gave me a ton of run-around recent.By Matt Mahnn, December 22, 2016
